The Bremerton Dub Rockers hail from their namesake Bremerton, Washington, and have been around (at least in embryonic form) since 2003. The band consists of keyboardist/vocalist Ras Top, drummer/vocalist Schwaif Glubbs, bassist/vocalist Ryan McCrow, and guitarist/vocalist Dub Master Matt. They prefer traditional Reggae stylings with a little Rock flavor & a side of Funk. They gravitate toward the sounds of the bands they’ve chosen to listen to & sometimes cover: Augustus Pablo, John Holt, Toots & the Maytals, The Abyssinians, with a little P-Funk & Misfits thrown in. Recently, they have been playing regular shows in their hometown, as well as shows in Seattle and Everett. They self-produced their own 11-track album at the local college, and are quickly gaining a rabid following. May the Dub be with you.
